Nicholas Leiserson, Assistant National Cyber Director for Cyber Policy and Programs: Nicholas Leiserson previously served as ONCD’s Deputy Chief of Staff. Prior to joining ONCD, Nicholas spent more than a decade on the staff of Congressman James R. Langevin, the principal author of the National Cyber Director Act, most recently as his Chief of Staff. A Connecticut native, Nicholas holds a degree in computer science from Brown University.
