As Director – Platform Enablement, Mark works with our Top Customers to drive digital transformation using our Now Intelligence / Now Platform capabilities. Mark is focused on application development, enterprise architecture and analytics. He brings 30 years of enterprise IT experience – both as a practitioner and a consultant – across numerous industries. He joined ServiceNow from PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was Managing Director responsible for the Google practice. Prior to PwC, Mark held technology leadership roles with Appirio, PHH Arval, Cendant Corporation and Thomson Corporation.
