Jason Kane is a federal law enforcement special agent with over twenty-four years of federal and state government experience. He currently serves as the Deputy Assistant Director for the Office of Investigations. Much of his career has been with the U.S. Secret Service focusing on the integrated mission of protection and investigations.
Mr. Kane also previously served as the Special Agent in Charge of the Criminal Investigative Division where he was charged with supporting 162 offices with investigative and analytical support in the pursuit of cyber criminals. Mr. Kane also served as the Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the New York Field Office responsible for both investigative and protective operations in the New York tri state area. Prior to this assignment, Mr. Kane was the Assistant to the Special Agent in Charge in the Office of Investigations focusing on cyber policy, operations, and criminal investigations. In this position, he drafted and molded a new Cyber Retention Initiative which offers pay and training incentives to the U.S. Secret Service workforce. The result of this
