Garth White is an accomplished executive with over twenty years of strategic leadership experience in the public and private sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Intelligence and Homeland Security at Oracle, he is responsible for implementing cutting-edge technology solutions and cultivating strategic partnerships to drive meaningful intelligence and homeland security operations advancements.
Garth has previously held notable positions such as Deputy Chief Data Officer at DHS Headquarters, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the Department of Homeland Security’s Science & Technology Directorate. He managed significant budgets in these roles and spearheaded transformative initiatives in data governance and cybersecurity to enhance national security.
Garth holds a Master of Science in Information Technology at UMUC and has been honored with prestigious acknowledgments, including the Federal 100 (Fed100) award, for his leadership and innovative contributions.
