Deborah Gill serves as Vice President of Strategy and Business Operations within Dell’s Security and Resiliency Office. In this role, she is responsible for leading the development and execution of Dell’s corporate security strategy. She oversees financial and strategic planning, program management, metrics and analytics, training and awareness and workforce management. Prior to joining Dell, Deborah worked at Sony as the Senior Director of Strategy and Planning within the Global Information Security & Privacy organization.
Before migrating to the private sector, Deborah also held a number of roles in the Federal government, including Deputy Chief of Staff for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and Senior Professional Staff on the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, where she led cybersecurity oversight. Deborah has a B.A. in International Relations from Colgate University and an M.A. in International Affairs from George Washington University.
