David Earle serves the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), as the Director of End User Services Division (EUSD). In this role, Earle is responsible for TSA’s technology and its approximately 60,000 employees through the delivery of office automation services and customer focused IT management to achieve mission-focused goals for OCIO. His services include the deployment and management of all TSA office automation related equipment (e.g. telecommunications, software, cellphone, computers, desk phones) throughout the agency.
Before his role at EUSD, Earle served as the IT Business Management Office (BMO) Branch Manager where he was responsible providing strategic management and support services to generate portfolio management of integrated IT services, provide IT-related financial management policy and procedures for annual capital planning and budget formulation, and develop forward facing human capital strategies built on the organization’s strategic plan and technological direction.
Earle started his career at TSA in July of 2002 and has served in many different capacities within the IT office. He spent the most time supporting TSA users as the HQ Support Branch Manager and the Field Regional Manager for International Support and other roles within EUSD.
