Chris Pietrzak joined the U.S. Border Patrol in 1999 and currently serves as the Director (Acting) of the CBP Innovation Team (INVNT). INVNT’s mission is to identify, adapt, and deliver innovative and disruptive commercial technology solutions that makes frontline personnel safer and more effective. In this role Mr. Pietrzak oversees a budget of approximately $43M to develop, pilot, and deploy commercial technologies to end users and transition proven, impactful capabilities to CBP program owners.”
