Bryan Beaulieu is the Senior Director of DHS Programs for Oracle Government Defense and Intelligence. In this role, Bryan sets team-wide strategic goals and manages the tactical efforts driving client mission success across the Department of Homeland Security. His organization’s primary objective is to help clients be successful using the innovative technologies, security, and performance benefits Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) provides—and to leverage Oracle analytics platforms and insights to help them make better informed decisions and improve mission results.

Bryan has more than 20 years of leveraging his technical knowledge and experience across DHS and DOD helping support the national security mission. He works closely with both government clients and industry partners to ensure mission requirements are met with optimal solutions. Over his career he has held multiple technical and business positions with government and technology organizations such as Louisiana State University, Sun Microsystems, ORACLE, CISCO and Hewlett Packard. Bryan is a graduate of Tulane University and a United States Marine. He is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana and currently resides with his family in Austin, Texas.
